Pricing FAQ
Is there a free plan?
Yes! The Free plan is available forever with no credit card required. You get a directory listing, public profile, dashboard, calendar, and up to 15 trips per month. Upgrade to Pro or Business when you need more.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes! Both Pro and Business plans include a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required but won't be charged for 14 days. You get full access to all features during the trial. Cancel anytime.
What is the transaction commission?
When your divers pay online through your booking page, Stripe charges its standard processing fee plus a DivePlanner Pro commission: 5% on Pro, or 3% on Business. This is how we keep subscription prices affordable.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. When upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference. Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation.
Are there any per-user or per-staff fees?
No. DivePlanner Pro uses flat monthly pricing. Free includes 1 staff, Pro allows up to 5, and Business gives you unlimited staff -- no extra charges per user.
Do I need a Stripe account for payments?
Yes, to accept online payments you need a Stripe account. We use Stripe Connect so money goes directly to your account -- we never hold your funds.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. You can pay monthly or annually for additional savings.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. You can import dive sites, customer lists, and trip data via CSV. Our support team can help with migration from other platforms.
