Boulders is an intermediate dive site at Flynn Reef on the outer Great Barrier Reef. Named for the massive coral boulders scattered across the reef floor at 30 meters depth, this site offers a unique underwater landscape. The boulder formations create shelter for a rich variety of marine life, including lionfish, groupers, and moray eels that hide in the gaps between rocks. Large sea fans and whip corals decorate the boulders, creating photogenic compositions with excellent visibility.
