
Ilha do Arvoredo - Toca do Frade is an intermediate dive site reaching 25 meters depth in the Arvoredo Marine Biological Reserve, Brazil. Named 'Friar's Den,' this site features a large overhang and cave-like formation that provides shelter for groupers, moray eels, and lobsters. The rocky walls surrounding the main feature are covered in colorful sponges and tunicates. The combination of interesting topography and abundant marine life makes it one of the reserve's most popular dives.
