Arrow is an advanced wreck dive off Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, on a vessel that sank in the exposed waters of the Northumberland Strait. The wreck rests at depth in cold, sometimes current-swept waters. The hull provides important hard structure supporting dense colonies of plumose anemones, cold-water sponges, and encrusting organisms. Large Atlantic cod, pollock, and impressively sized lobsters inhabit the wreck. The remote location and challenging conditions limit diver traffic, meaning the site remains pristine and wildlife undisturbed. Advanced cold-water diving skills and proper equipment are essential for safely exploring this rewarding wreck.
