大青针

Da Qing Zhen (大青针) is an advanced dive to 40 meters in the South China Sea off Guangdong Province. This offshore pinnacle rises dramatically from the deep, attracting large pelagic species and dense fish aggregations. The rocky walls support coral growth and diverse invertebrate communities in the subtropical waters. Strong currents and exposed open-water conditions demand advanced certification, but the site rewards experienced divers with impressive marine encounters and dramatic underwater topography rarely found closer to the Chinese mainland.
