Panjiakou Underwater Great Wall (潘家口水下长城) is an advanced deep dive to 65 meters at one of the world's most extraordinary submerged archaeological sites. When the Panjiakou Reservoir was created in Hebei Province, it flooded a section of the Ming Dynasty Great Wall, preserving watchtowers, battlements, and wall sections underwater. Technical divers can explore this surreal landscape where ancient Chinese architecture meets freshwater lake environment. The extreme depth requires proper technical diving certification, but swimming through a submerged Great Wall watchtower is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
