
Streitköpflesee is a beginner-friendly freshwater dive site in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, near the northern edge of the Black Forest. This small, tranquil lake provides a contained environment ideal for dive training and relaxed exploration. The bottom features sand and silt with scattered rocks and submerged logs that provide habitat for pike, perch, and various smaller freshwater species. Aquatic plants fringe the shallows, attracting dragonfly larvae and other invertebrates. Visibility is variable but can be pleasant during stable weather.
