Ras Abu Galum is an intermediate dive site in the Abu Galum Protected Area north of Dahab, accessible by camel or boat. The pristine reef benefits from its remote, protected status, offering some of the healthiest coral in the Sinai. The wall drops steeply with gorgonians, soft corals, and dense fish life. Turtles, Napoleon wrasses, and the occasional eagle ray are regular sightings. The journey to reach the site, whether by camel through the desert or by boat, adds to the adventure of this remarkable dive.
