
Hamra is a beginner-friendly dive site in the Marsa Alam area known for its healthy reef and diverse marine inhabitants. The site features a colorful reef slope with excellent hard coral diversity, including massive brain corals and delicate acropora formations. Hawksbill turtles are regular visitors, and the reef shelters several species of moray eels in its crevices. The shallow sections are perfect for snorkeling, while deeper areas along the reef edge offer more to explore for certified divers.
