
Shaab Shabrur II is a beginner-friendly reef near Marsa Alam, the second section of the Shabrur reef system. The site features a gentle coral slope with healthy formations of table corals, brain corals, and branching Acropora. Anemonefish families defend their homes while surgeonfish schools graze along the reef. The sandy areas between coral patches are productive for macro subjects including nudibranchs, flatworms, and partner gobies with their pistol shrimp. A reliable choice for calm, enjoyable diving in the Marsa Alam area.
