Mina Mari is an advanced dive site near Lekeitio on the Basque coast of Spain, featuring a former mine entrance that extends underwater. The site combines industrial archaeology with natural marine habitats, as the mine structures have been colonized by Atlantic marine life. The rocky walls are covered in anemones, sponges, and hydroids. Conger eels, spider crabs, and lobsters inhabit the darker recesses. Cold water temperatures and limited visibility require appropriate equipment and experience.

Absolutely stunning dive site. The visibility was exceptional and we spotted several species we had never seen before. Will definitely come back.
Great spot for advanced divers. Currents can be tricky but the marine life makes it worth it.
One of the best dive sites in the region. Highly recommended.
