BISTRO is an advanced dive site in Fiji, reaching 18 metres depth where strong currents create intense feeding activity that gives the site its name — like a bustling restaurant for marine predators. The current-swept reef attracts grey reef sharks, whitetip sharks, and large schools of jacks and barracuda that hunt aggressively in the flow. The reef structure features healthy coral coverage that thrives in the nutrient-rich conditions. Despite the moderate maximum depth, the powerful currents demand advanced skills, excellent buoyancy control, and drift diving experience.
