Ile du Planier

Île du Planier is a small rocky island 7 kilometers off the coast of Marseille, surrounded by some of the most legendary dive sites in the Mediterranean. The island's underwater slopes descend to 50 meters and beyond, offering advanced divers spectacular wall dives with massive gorgonian fans, dense fish populations, and exceptional visibility. The area around Planier is famous for its concentration of historic wrecks including cargo ships, wartime vessels, and aircraft scattered on the seabed.
