Le Rubis is a French Navy submarine (Q175) deliberately scuttled in 1958 as a diving attraction. Resting upright at 40 meters with the conning tower at 32 meters, this 66-meter submarine is one of the most famous wreck dives on the French Riviera. The hull is colonized by gorgonian fans, anemones, and dense fish life. Penetration is possible for wreck-certified divers.
