Trearddur Bay is a sheltered shore dive site on the island of Anglesey in North Wales, offering beginner-friendly conditions in a picturesque sandy cove. The shallow rocky reef and kelp beds provide habitat for wrasse, blennies, crabs, lobsters, and various nudibranchs. The bay's sheltered aspect protects it from the worst of the Irish Sea swells, making it a reliable dive site when more exposed Anglesey locations are out of play. Depths reach around 15 meters at the outer edges of the bay. Trearddur Bay is popular with North Wales and Cheshire dive clubs for training and fun dives, and serves as a gateway to Anglesey's excellent boat diving on wrecks and reefs along the Menai Strait.

Absolutely stunning dive site. The visibility was exceptional and we spotted several species we had never seen before. Will definitely come back.
Great spot for advanced divers. Currents can be tricky but the marine life makes it worth it.
One of the best dive sites in the region. Highly recommended.
