Lunga is an intermediate dive site in Croatia's Istrian peninsula, reaching 23 meters around a rocky reef off the coast near Poreč. The underwater landscape features elongated rock ridges with channels between them, creating a natural maze for exploration. Sponges, gorgonians, and bryozoans colonize the ridge walls, while octopuses, cuttlefish, and ornate wrasse inhabit the channels. The moderate depth and varied topography make Lunga an engaging dive that showcases the biodiversity of the northern Adriatic reef environment.
