Stračinska is an advanced deep dive site in Croatia near the island of Šolta, plunging to 40 meters along a dramatic underwater wall. The wall face is adorned with dense gorgonian forests in shades of red and yellow, large barrel sponges, and encrusting bryozoans. Deep overhangs shelter groupers, conger eels, and spiny lobsters, while the open water regularly produces sightings of dentex, amberjack, and occasional tuna. The depth and current exposure make this a challenging dive, but the spectacular marine life and visibility make Stračinska one of the premier deep dives near Split.
