Three Sisters is a beginner-friendly dive site in Eilat, Israel, named for three prominent coral pinnacles that rise from the reef slope like underwater siblings. Each pinnacle hosts its own micro-community of marine life, with schools of anthias, glassfish, and sweepers swirling around the structures while moray eels and lionfish occupy the crevices and overhangs. The pinnacles are covered with healthy hard and soft coral growth, including fire coral, brain coral, and colorful soft coral clusters that make each one a vibrant underwater tower. The sandy channels between the sisters provide habitat for garden eels and bluespotted stingrays, while the occasional turtle passes between the formations. The site's shallow depth and reliable conditions make it an excellent choice for new divers and snorkelers, while the three distinct structures provide natural navigation aids. Three Sisters captures the charm of Eilat's Red Sea diving—easily accessible, consistently rewarding, and always bursting with the colorful marine life that makes the Gulf of Aqaba special.
