Martelo

Martelo is a beginner-friendly shallow dive site on the Algarve coast, reaching just eleven meters where a compact reef provides an accessible and enjoyable introduction to diving in southern Portugal's warm Atlantic waters. The site's name, meaning Hammer, may reference the shape of a rock formation, and the shallow depth combined with typically calm conditions make it one of the most forgiving sites along this stretch of coast.
