Peanuts is an advanced dive site in the Port Stephens area, NSW. At 12 meters depth, this site features peanut-shaped rock formations that create sheltered areas favored by grey nurse sharks. The compact reef structure concentrates marine life in a relatively small area, providing close encounters with sharks, wobbegong sharks, and various reef species. Despite the moderate depth, the exposed location and potential for surge earn this site its advanced rating.
