The Antilla Wreck is Aruba's most famous dive site and one of the largest shipwrecks in the Caribbean. This German freighter was scuttled by its own crew in 1940 at the outbreak of WWII. The massive 122-meter wreck sits upright in shallow water, making it accessible to divers of various levels. The hull is covered in giant orange tube sponges, colorful corals, and is home to enormous green moray eels, lobsters, and dense schools of silversides.
