Pieces of 8

Pieces of 8 is an intermediate dive site in Barbados that descends to 30 meters, named after the famous Spanish silver coins. The reef features an interesting mix of hard and soft corals with numerous overhangs and ledges hiding spiny lobsters and channel-clinging crabs. The deeper sections often attract passing eagle rays and schools of horse-eye jacks, while the shallower reef top is alive with colorful wrasses and parrotfish.
