Pontal do Norte

Pontal do Norte is an advanced dive site at the northern tip of Fernando de Noronha, Brazil. This exposed site offers some of the most dramatic diving in the archipelago, with strong currents sweeping along volcanic walls and bringing in large pelagic species. Spinner dolphins are frequently seen from the surface, while underwater encounters may include reef sharks, large tuna, and the occasional hammerhead shark. Only recommended for experienced divers comfortable with current diving.
