The Cave is an advanced deep dive to 60 meters off Providencia Island in Colombia's remote Caribbean archipelago. This dramatic site features underwater cave formations carved into the volcanic reef wall, where divers descend along vertical drop-offs into cathedral-like chambers. The cave walls are decorated with colorful sponges, black coral, and encrusting organisms, while nurse sharks and large groupers shelter in the deeper recesses. Strong currents and significant depth demand advanced technical skills, but the pristine condition of Providencia's UNESCO Seaflower Biosphere Reserve makes The Cave one of Colombia's most spectacular deep diving experiences.
