The Convent is an advanced wall dive to 40 meters near Providencia Island in Colombia's UNESCO Seaflower Biosphere Reserve. This dramatic site features a sheer wall dropping from the shallow barrier reef into the deep Caribbean, with the wall face covered in massive sponges, black corals, and gorgonian fans. Reef sharks, eagle rays, and schools of jacks patrol the blue water beyond the drop-off. The exceptional visibility of Providencia's waters—often exceeding 30 meters—makes The Convent one of the most spectacular Caribbean wall dives in the Western Hemisphere.
