Despite the moderate depth, this gravel pit lake earns its advanced rating due to occasionally challenging visibility and access conditions. The bottom features gravel and silt with submerged vegetation and scattered debris from the quarrying era. Pike, perch, carp, and tench are the primary fish species encountered. Aquatic plants create interesting underwater scenery in the shallower zones.
