
El Mina Wreck is an advanced wreck dive near Hurghada featuring the remains of a minesweeper resting at 30 meters. The wreck is well-preserved and has become an impressive artificial reef, with soft corals and sponges covering the hull and superstructure. Schools of glassfish fill the interior, while lionfish and scorpionfish hunt around the edges. The surrounding sandy bottom hosts blue-spotted stingrays and garden eels. The wreck offers good penetration opportunities for qualified wreck divers with proper training.
