Erg Malik

Erg Malik is an advanced offshore dive site near El Quseir featuring a series of large coral pinnacles (ergs) rising from a deep sandy bottom. The pinnacles are covered in vibrant soft corals and gorgonian fans, creating a spectacular underwater landscape. Strong currents sweep between the ergs, attracting grey reef sharks, eagle rays, and large schools of trevallies. The deeper areas reveal pristine black coral bushes and rare nudibranchs. An exhilarating drift dive best enjoyed by experienced divers comfortable with variable conditions.
