Shaab Rahma

Shaab Rahma is an advanced offshore reef near El Quseir known for dramatic walls and exceptional pelagic encounters. The reef drops steeply on all sides into deep blue water, with walls encrusted in massive gorgonian fans and vibrant soft coral gardens. Grey reef sharks patrol the deeper sections, while hammerhead sharks have been spotted during the cooler winter months. The reef top features a beautiful coral garden at 8-12 meters depth, providing a relaxing safety stop after exploring the walls. Strong currents demand good buoyancy skills.
