Abu Hashish is an advanced dive site south of Hurghada in Egypt's Red Sea, known for its deep wall and strong currents. The coral-encrusted wall drops steeply into the abyss, decorated with massive gorgonian fans and soft corals in vivid purples and oranges. Napoleon wrasse, grey reef sharks, and large tuna patrol the drop-off. The exposed location often brings thermoclines and current shifts, demanding solid experience. For those prepared, Abu Hashish delivers dramatic Red Sea wall diving at its finest.
