Sha'ab Abu Ramada is a beginner-friendly dive at the main reef of Abu Ramada Island south of Hurghada in Egypt's Red Sea. The expansive reef features extensive hard coral gardens with impressive table coral formations and massive Porites bommies. The site is renowned for reliably close encounters with green sea turtles that graze on the reef. Anthias, butterflyfish, and angelfish fill the water with color. The easy conditions and spectacular coral coverage make it one of Hurghada's most-visited and highest-rated dive sites.
