
Marsa Mooray is an advanced dive site in the Marsa Alam area named for its impressive population of giant moray eels. The site features a deep reef structure with caves, overhangs, and swim-throughs where enormous moray eels reside. The walls are covered in soft corals and black coral bushes, while the sandy bottom reveals garden eels and occasionally resting whitetip reef sharks. The site's deeper profile and occasional currents make it best suited for experienced divers, with the moray encounters providing unforgettable close-up wildlife experiences.
