Ras El Torfa is an intermediate dive site near Marsa Alam featuring a prominent headland reef with interesting topography. The reef extends from the shore creating walls, channels, and overhangs to explore. Strong fish aggregations gather at the point where currents converge, including schools of jacks, batfish, and unicornfish. The deeper sections feature beautiful gorgonian gardens and the chance to spot eagle rays and reef sharks. A rewarding drift dive when conditions align.
