
Abu Soma Garden is an intermediate-level dive site near Safaga featuring a beautiful coral garden on a gentle slope. The site is characterized by large Porites coral heads interspersed with branching Acropora and colorful soft corals. Resident green turtles graze on the reef, while schools of anthias and chromis create a shimmering backdrop. The moderate depth and easy navigation make it a relaxing dive, with macro subjects like nudibranchs and flatworms hiding among the coral crevices.

Absolutely stunning dive site. The visibility was exceptional and we spotted several species we had never seen before. Will definitely come back.
Great spot for advanced divers. Currents can be tricky but the marine life makes it worth it.
