Jackfish Alley is an intermediate dive site in the Ras Mohammed area near Sharm el Sheikh, named for the impressive schools of jackfish (trevally) that congregate in a narrow reef channel. The alley creates a natural funnel where currents concentrate marine life, providing spectacular encounters with dense schools of silvery fish. Coral-covered walls line both sides, adorned with soft corals and sea fans. Beyond the alley, the reef drops to a wall where Napoleon wrasse and turtles are commonly seen. An exciting and dynamic dive with reliable big-school encounters.
