Ras Peter is an intermediate dive site near Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt's Red Sea, featuring a reef headland with a scenic wall and overhangs. The wall is decorated with impressive gorgonian fans and soft corals, while the overhangs shelter dense schools of glassfish and soldierfish. Napoleon wrasse and turtles are regular visitors along the wall. The moderate depth and occasional light currents make it suitable for confident certified divers. Ras Peter offers a quieter alternative to Sharm's more famous sites with equally impressive marine life.
