Turtle Beach is an advanced dive site near Sharm el Sheikh featuring a dramatic reef wall that drops into deep blue water. Despite its name, the site is best known for its impressive wall diving with overhangs, swim-throughs, and caverns at depth. Large gorgonian fans and black coral trees decorate the wall face, while grey reef sharks and hammerheads have been spotted in the blue during winter months. Strong currents require careful dive planning, but reward experienced divers with exceptional pelagic encounters and pristine coral formations.
