Les 3 Pics (The Three Peaks) is an underwater pinnacle dive off Cap d'Agde in the Hérault, where three volcanic rock spires rise from a sandy seabed at around 25 meters depth. These basalt formations create vertical habitat rich with marine life, acting as magnets for schools of barracuda, dentex, and sea bream. The pinnacles' surfaces are covered with gorgonians, yellow sponges, and colorful encrusting organisms. Intermediate divers enjoy circling the three peaks and discovering the diverse ecosystem concentrated around these geological features. The volcanic origin of the Agde coast gives this site a distinctive dark rocky character unique along the Languedoc-Roussillon shoreline.
