Guillot Caves is an advanced cave diving site on Jersey's rugged western coastline, offering experienced divers a thrilling exploration of sea caves carved into the island's granite cliffs. The cave system features multiple passages, chambers, and swim-throughs illuminated by shafts of natural light filtering through cracks in the rock above. The walls are covered with jewel anemones, dead men's fingers, and encrusting sponges in vivid oranges, pinks, and whites. Lobsters, conger eels, and crabs shelter in the darker recesses. Strong tidal currents around Jersey make timing critical — dives must be planned around slack water periods. Guillot Caves rewards experienced divers with a dramatic, cathedral-like underwater experience unique to the Channel Islands.
