Octopus Reef is an advanced dive site on Guam's eastern coast, plunging to 40 meters along a Pacific reef wall. Named for the numerous octopuses found in its rocky crevices, the site features a dramatic drop-off where the reef shelf meets the open ocean. The wall is adorned with sea fans, black coral, and large barrel sponges, while the deeper sections attract grey reef sharks and eagle rays. Strong currents can sweep through, bringing pelagic species and exceptional visibility, making this one of Guam's most exciting outer reef dives.
