Mary's Place

Mary's Place is one of Roatán's most famous intermediate dive sites, reaching 25 meters through a spectacular volcanic fissure in the reef. The narrow crack opens from the reef surface and descends between two towering walls adorned with black coral, gorgonians, and dense sponge growth. Light filters down from above creating atmospheric rays in the fissure. Nurse sharks and large groupers shelter in the deeper sections, while the surrounding reef features pristine coral gardens. Mary's Place consistently ranks among the top dives in the entire Bay Islands and the wider Caribbean.
