Pličina Sestre is an advanced dive site in Croatia's Central Adriatic in the Kornati area, featuring a submerged shoal that rises from deeper water. The shoal's exposed position creates strong current conditions that attract impressive concentrations of pelagic fish. Schools of dentex, amberjack, and barracuda are regularly encountered, while the rocky surfaces host dense gorgonian and sponge gardens. The site demands advanced buoyancy skills and current management but rewards with some of the most exciting open-water encounters in the Kornati diving area.
