Zaporinovac is an advanced deep dive near Šolta island, Croatia, plunging to 38 meters along a spectacular underwater wall. The site features one of the most impressive gorgonian gardens in the Central Adriatic, with dense red and yellow fan corals creating an underwater forest on the steep rock face. Large groupers and conger eels inhabit the deep overhangs, while nudibranchs and flatworms provide excellent macro subjects. The crystal-clear visibility typical of this area allows full appreciation of the wall's dramatic scale and colorful marine growth.
