Bunder 2 is a beginner-friendly dive site in the Thousand Islands near Jakarta, adjacent to Bunder 1 with a slightly different reef profile. This section features larger coral bommies separated by sand channels, creating an interesting maze-like diving environment. Lionfish, moray eels, and octopuses inhabit the coral structures, while schools of fusiliers and snappers pass through the channels. The site also offers good night diving potential, with crabs, shrimp, and hunting cuttlefish emerging after dark. Bunder 2 provides an easy yet engaging dive experience in Jakarta's accessible marine park.
