Óttarstaðavegur is a beginner-friendly shore dive site on Iceland's Reykjanes Peninsula, offering easy access to the North Atlantic's cold-water marine environment. The volcanic rocky seabed provides habitat for a variety of cold-water species including wolffish, lumpfish, and various flatfish species camouflaged against the dark lava substrate.
