Cala Martina is an advanced deep dive off Marettimo island in the Egadi archipelago, where steep walls plunge to 45 meters through some of the clearest water in the Mediterranean. The cliff face is richly decorated with gorgonian forests, bright sponges, and patches of precious red coral. Large grouper and barracuda patrol the wall, while the blue water beyond may yield sightings of pelagic visitors. Marettimo's extreme isolation from the mainland ensures pristine, undisturbed ecosystems. A spectacular wall dive on one of the Mediterranean's last truly wild islands.
