Galea - Santa Maria - RICADI

Galea at Santa Maria near Ricadi is an intermediate dive along Calabria's stunning Capo Vaticano coast, where rocky reefs descend to 20 meters through crystal-clear Tyrrhenian waters. The site features impressive granite boulders covered in Mediterranean sponges, gorgonians, and dense Posidonia meadows. Grouper, moray eels, and octopus inhabit the rocky terrain, while schools of bream and damselfish animate the water column. With the dramatic coastline of Capo Vaticano as a backdrop and excellent summer visibility, this is one of Calabria's most scenic and rewarding intermediate dives.
