Lido Rosa dei Venti offers a pleasant shore dive along the Molise coastline, one of Italy's least-explored diving regions on the southern Adriatic. Sandy seabed gives way to scattered rocky outcrops hosting Mediterranean marine life including octopus, cuttlefish, and colorful wrasse. The gentle slope and calm conditions make it an ideal training site for beginners and discover scuba experiences. Summer water temperatures reach a comfortable 25°C with visibility typically between 8 and 12 meters.
