Wreck Beach is a beginner-friendly dive site near Sydney's South Head. At 15 meters depth, this site features scattered wreckage from historic vessels on a sandy seabed with rocky reef patches. The combination of artificial and natural reef creates diverse habitat for octopus, cuttlefish, seahorses, and various reef fish. The sheltered location within the harbor entrance provides moderate conditions, and the site is popular for shore dives exploring both wreckage and natural reef features.
