Tuffy Inn

Tuffy Inn is an advanced shallow dive site along the Belize Barrier Reef known for its complex coral structure despite reaching only 7 meters depth. The site features intricate overhangs, tunnels, and swim-throughs created by years of coral growth forming a maze-like reef architecture. Nurse sharks tuck themselves into tight spaces, while moray eels peer from every crevice. The shallow depth allows extended bottom times for thorough exploration of this coral labyrinth. Night dives here are exceptional, with octopuses hunting across the reef and sleeping parrotfish in their mucus cocoons.
